Delete voice tag? appears.4 Press OK to erase the voice tag.• VOICE COMMANDSYou can set as many as five voicecommands, which allow handsfreeoperation of certain phone features.Add a voice tagBefore using voice commands, you mustfirst add a voice tag to the phonefunction.1 At the start screen, select Menu >Voice > Voice commands and pressSelect.2 Scroll to the phone function youwish to tag (Profiles, Voice mailbox,Radio, Infrared, Voice recorder orCall register) and press Select.3 If necessary, scroll to an optionassociated with that function andpress Select.4 Press Options > Add command andpress Select.5 Press Start, and speak the voice tagclearly into the microphone.Note: Do not press Quit unlessyou want to cancel therecording.The phone replays and then saves therecorded tag. The icon appears nextto commands which have voice tagsassigned.Activate a voice commandAfter you have associated a voice tagwith a phone function, you can issue acommand by speaking the voice tag.1 Press and hold Contacts (or Go to).2 When Please speak now appears,pronounce the voice tag clearly intothe microphone.When the phone finds the voice tag,Found appears, and the phone plays therecognized voice tag through theearpiece. The function you requested isactivated.OptionsAfter you have associated a voice tag toa command, you can choose one of thefollowing options:• Select Playback to listen to thevoice command tag.• Select Change to change the voicecommand.• Select Delete to erase the voicecommand tag.• VOICE RECORDERThis feature allows you to record piecesof speech or sound with your phone andlisten to them later. The total availabletime is 180 seconds if no memos havebeen stored. The maximum length of arecording depends on how much memoryremains available.
