The reports are saved inthe Reports folder.E-mail messagesSelect Menu > Messaging > Mailbox.To receive and send e-mail, you must have a remotemailbox service. This service may be offered by aninternet service provider, a network service provider,or your company. Your device is compliant withinternet standards SMTP, IMAP4 (revision 1), and POP3,and with different vendor-specific e-mail solutions.Other e-mail providers may offer services with differentsettings or features than those described in this userguide. Contact your e-mail provider or service providerfor more details.Before you can send, receive, retrieve, reply to, andforward e-mail on your device, you must also do thefollowing:• Configure an internet access point. See "Internetaccess points", p. 42.• Set up an e-mail account, and define the e-mailsettings correctly. To do this, use the mailbox guide,or define the account manually. See "E-mail accountsettings", p. 51.Contact your service provider for the correct settings.Set up your e-mailWith the e-mail wizard, you can set up your businesse-mail account, such as Microsoft Outlook, or MicrosoftExchange; and internet e-mail account, such as Googlee-mail services.1. To start the e-mail wizard, go to the home screen,scroll to the e-mail wizard, and press the scroll key.2. Enter your e-mail address and password. If thewizard is not able to configure your e-mail settingsautomatically, select your e-mail account type andenter the related settings.If your device contains any additional e-mail clients,those are offered to you when you start the e-mailwizard.When setting up your e-mail, you may be prompted forthe following information:• User name• E-mail type• Incoming mail server• Incoming mail server port• Outgoing mail server• Outgoing mail server port• Password• Access pointIf you are setting up your business e-mail, ask yourcompany IT department for details.
