Settings49Important: Certificates have a restricted lifetime. IfExpired certificate or Certificate not valid yet is showneven if the certificate should be valid, check that thecurrent date and time in your game deck are correct.Changing the trust settings of an authoritycertificate• Scroll to an authority certificate and select Options→Trust settings. Depending on the certificate, a list of theapplications that can use the selected certificate isshown. For example:Services / Yes - the certificate is able to certify sites.Application manager / Yes - the certificate is able tocertify the origin of new software.Internet / Yes - the certificate is able to certify e-mailand imaging servers.Important: Before changing these settings, youmust make sure that you trust the owner of thecertificate and that the certificate belongs to the listedowner.Call barring(network service)Call barring allows you to restrict the making and receivingof calls with your game deck. For this function, you needthe barring password, which you can obtain from yourservice provider.1 Scroll to one of the barring options.2 Select Options→ Activate to request the network toset call restriction on, Cancel to set the selected callrestriction off, or Check status to check if the calls arebarred or not.• Select Options→ Edit barrings passw. to change thebarring password.• Select Options→ Cancel all barrings to cancel all activecall barrings.Note: When calls are barred, calls may be possibleto certain emergency numbers in some networks (e.g.112 or other official emergency number).Note: Call barring affects all calls, including datacalls.Note: You cannot have barring of incoming callsand call diverting or fixed dialling active at the sametime. See “Settings for call diverting”, p. 20 or ‘Fixeddialling’,p. 47.NetworkNetwork selection• Choose Automatic to set the game deck toautomatically search for and select one of the cellularnetworks available in your area, or• Choose Manual, if you want to select the desirednetwork manually from a list of networks. If theconnection to the manually selected network is lost,the game deck will sound an error tone and ask you to
