Accessing Media Gateway internal components 133Procedure 25Cleaning and replacing the power supply air filterStep ActionNote: The power supply can remain powered on during this procedure.1 To remove the power supply air filter, gently unsnap the filter fromthe front of the power supply module. If the aluminium frame isdamaged, replace the filter.2 To remove the air filter foam, unsnap the frame that contains the filterfoam insert and gently pull the foam insert loose from the frame. Ifthe foam is damaged, replace the foam insert.3 To clean the foam insert, rinse it with clean water under a tap orcarefully vacuum it. After rinsing, allow the foam to dry thoroughlybefore reinstalling in the frame.4 To reinstall the air filter, replace the foam insert into the aluminiumframe and gently snap the aluminium frame back into the small slotson the front of the power supply module.—End—Accessing Media Gateway internal componentsThis procedure describes how to access components in the Media Gatewayand Expander.
