The command to disable the messagedumping is:-> clientDebugOffTelephony User Interface becoming disabledThe TUI is disabled during the following operations• Backup• Restore• Purge of Agents• Loss of Server card (if the server card is unavailable on the network).This is to ensure that the Agent database is not updated and new filesstored on the disk while these are in progress.• Lack of free space on the PC Card of one of the card in the AgentGreeting group.
