By default,CallPilot messages are stored in a separate message store from the Outlook Inbox. Nortelrecommends that subscribers keep their CallPilot messages separate from their Outlook messages.Keeping CallPilot messages separate makes it easier to prioritize messages and identify messagetypes.If the subscriber requests it, you can configure Outlook to store all incoming e-mail and CallPilotmessages in the CallPilot message store.To specify where to deliver e-mail messages1 On the Outlook window, on the Tools menu click Servicesorif you use Outlook XP or 2003, click on the Tools menu and then click E-mail accounts.The E-mail account window appears.Select View or Change existing E-mail accounts.Click Next.2 Click the Delivery tab.3 From the Deliver new mail to the following location list, select CallPilot Messaging Storeand click the up arrow to move it to the top of the list.4 Click the OK button.Note: If you configure the e-mail client to deliver messages to theCallPilot Inbox, all e-mail messages are stored on the subscriber’s harddrive. After the message is delivered, the messages no longer resides onthe Exchange server.
