The IP network is not down.! Traffic is being routed between theDigital Telephone IP Adapter unit andRLC on the host PBX.2 Contact your telecom administrator.There might be problems at the hostPBX.A stutter is heard during a remotedial tone.This is a normal occurrence and is causedby the DSP activating a dial tone relay.However, to eliminate stutter dial tone,disable Dialtone Relay. Dialtone Relaysettings are in the Advanced Configurationdialog box, which is available on the RLCSystem Configuration Property sheet.Lamps or indicators are not litafter completion of a DigitalTelephone IP Adapter unit powercycle.1 Check all cable connections to and fromthe Digital Telephone IP Adapter unit toensure that they are all securelyconnected.2 Check the IP network and ensure that:! it is not down! traffic is being routed between theDigital Telephone IP Adapter unit andRLC on the host PBX3 PING the RLC from the DigitalTelephone IP Adapter unit to verify IPnetwork connectivity.Lamps or indicators do not reflectthe true status of the telephone.It is possible that there is a synchronizationerror between the Digital Telephone IPAdapter unit and the host PBX.
