If an error doesoccur, take the corrective action(s) described after the appropriate message.An error occurred while updating the MMR OperationalMeasurements databaseThe database files may be corrupted.Action1. Click Cancel to terminate MMR Setup without saving any changes.2. Run MMR Setup again and check the configuration; then, repeat the desiredoperation one step at a time. For example, delete all sites that need to be deletedand close MMR Setup. Then, run MMR Setup again and add all sites required.3. If the error persists, double-click the MMR Reports icon and on the Maintenancemenu, click Repair Database. This procedure attempts to repair the damageddatabase files. If this attempt fails, the database is corrupt beyond repair andneeds to be recreated; therefore, go to Step 4. Otherwise, go to Step 5.4. Restore the database files from a recent backup. If a backup is not available, go toStep 5.5. Reinstall MMR Setup and make sure the Data files & password option button isselected in the Overwrite screen. This procedure creates a new, empty database.6. Double-click the MMR Setup icon to start MMR Setup.Disk full, cannot access the databaseThe hard drive does not have enough free space for temporary working files.Action• Use File Manager or Explorer to delete files which occupy at least 250kbytes and to make sure the Temporary directory is empty. If it is notempty, quit all applications and then delete any files in the directory.Note: To generate a report, you must clear a much larger amount of freespace (typically 10 Mbytes) on the hard drive.
