4 Managing Address Book58 Managing Address BookManaging Address BookYou can use the Address Book Viewer to manage the private address book. You can add or editthe contacts and groups as you desire. The private address book data is stored in your clientcomputer. It can be used to manage the contacts and groups for sending a fax or Internet Faxusing the N/W-Fax driver.The Address Book Viewer also displays a public address book that is the address book in thecompatible OKI equipment, such as OKI 1100 series MFP. Using the Address Book Viewer, youcan display the contacts or groups in the address book and they can be copied to your privateaddress book.In addition, you can access additional address book data such as the address book applicationof the default e-mail client in your computer, Microsoft Outlook Address Book, and an LDAPdirectory service running in your network.
