A signal in a different format willnot be correctly recorded on a P2 card.Video and audio recording and EE typevideo and audio of signal inputs other than1x speed playback signals may not work.· “Errors and warnings” (Page 126)• Audio signal inputs are input signals fromthe DVCPRO/DV connector.• 32 kHz/4CH (12 bit) audio signals input viathe IEEE1394 interface are recorded as48 kHz/4CH (16 bit) on a P2 card.• It is not possible to use the GENLOCK INconnector to synchronize to an externalreference signal.• Signals output from the VIDEO OUTor AUDIO OUT connectors differ fromactual input signals. Use such signals formonitoring.• The following functions do not operate.· Pre-recording function· Loop recording function· Interval recording and one-shot recordingfunction· One-clip recording function• As well as those displayed in blue, thereare other items on the setting menu forwhich the setting value cannot be changed. However, this is not a fault and these itemsare not related to this function.Time Code and User Bits• When input from the IEEE1394 interface isselected, the time code and user’s bit input fromTC IN/OUT cannot be recorded on P2 card.• When input from the IEEE1394 interface isselected, the time code output from TC IN/OUTis not synchronized with the video signal outputfrom the VIDEO OUT terminal.
