26Saving imported images onto the SDmemory cardOnce the images have been im-ported and sorted, you then need tosave them onto the SD memorycard.##### Use the PC card adapter toinsert the SD memory card intothe computer. (Refer to page 14.)Check that the write-protectswitch on the SD memory card isnot at the LOCK position.$$$$$ Click Save to SD memory card.%%%%% Select the destination driveand directory in the Save intoSD Memory Card window.The Save into drive list boxshows all of the drives which canbe used by the computer. Fur-thermore, you can use thedirection keys ( ) next to thedestination directory number toselect the desired directorynumber. (The directory numberwill be set automatically to anunused number.) Furthermore,you can also use the numerickeys to enter a directory numberdirectly, but be sure to enter anumber between 100 and 999.Note:B If you are not sure of the designa-tion for the destination drive (theSD memory card drive), refer topage 15 for instructions on how tocheck.&&&&& Click OK to save the image.If the specified directory numberis already in use, a confirmationwindow will appear. If you clickNo, the save operation will becancelled, and you can then entera new directory number.If you click Yes, the Over write todestination dialog box will appear.Select one of the followingoperations.Over writeThe existing file will be deleted andthe new file will be saved in its place.NoThe file will not be saved, and theoperation will skip to the next file.SubsequentThe next-largest file number for thatdirectory will be used in saving thefile.Over write allThe same operation as Over writewill be carried out for all remainingfiles.StopSaving of files will be cancelled andthe main application window willreappear.
