Playing BackBefore You Begin • Insert a disc or card recorded on this DVD Video Camera (R 46, 49).• Turn the DVD Video Camera on (R 50).arae_eramPlaying Back1Press the ,/tl button in recording pause mode.The DVD Video Camera will enter the playbackmode, and the scene you recorded last will beplayed back.When playback is finished, the DVD VideoCamera will enter pause mode at the last imageon disc.If playback pause mode continues for as long as5 minutes, the DVD Video Camera willautomatically return to recording pause mode.Note:• During playback of movie, playback sound will be heardfrom the speaker. Adjust the sound volume using thevolume control buttons (_>, _).• You can play back the audio recorded in Dolby Digital(2ch).• To temporarily stop playback, press the 1_/11button.Press the _-/lt button again to restart playback.• Even if you stop playback midway and immediately startrecording again, the new image will be recorded after thelast scene on disc or card (the previous images will not beoverwritten).• Image data edited on PC or certain types of image datamay not be displayed on this DVD Video Camera,• Image data recorded on another camcorder may not beplayable on this DVD Video Camera,• Depending on the amount of data to be played back, itmay take some time for the playback image to appear,• Do not operate the power switch or remove the card whilethe ACCESS/PC or CARD ACCESS indicator is lit orblinking: Doing so may damage the card or the data oncard.2 Press the • button.Playback will stop, and recording pause modewill be restored.59
