33 Dynamic RecordingThis item lets you select the cameras for dynamic recordingmode in non-alarm condition.If five or more cameras are connected to the video multi-plexer, the channels selected for dynamic recording arerecorded with priority.1. Move the cursor to DYNAMIC REC SETUP by pressingthe C or D button and then press the [HOME/SET] but-ton.The DYNAMIC REC SETUP menu as shown in the figureappears on the monitor screen.2. Move the cursor to the PRIORITY column to be record-ed with dynamic recording for the camera number bypressing the C, D, A, or B buttons.3. Select either ON or OFF by pressing the - or + but-ton.OFF: Disables recording images with priority.ON: Enables recording images preferentially over otherinput images.The factory default settings are OFF.4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above to set other cameras.Note: It is recommended to select up to 2 cameras.5. When satisfied with all of the above steps, press the[SET UP/ESC] button to execute the selection andreturn to the previous REC OUTPUT SETUP menu.Note: Recording is not enabled in dynamic recordingmode when EXT4 is selected for MODE 9 in theREC MODE SETUP menu. Recording Mode SetupThis item lets you select a recording mode on the timelapse VCR.1. Move the cursor to REC MODE SETUP by pressing theC or D button and then press the [HOME/SET] button.The REC MODE SETUP menu as shown in the figureappears on the monitor screen.2. Move the cursor to the MODE parameter in the menu bypressing the C or D button.3. Select a mode number by pressing the - or + button.MODE 0: Normal recording modeMODE 1 - 8: Time Lapse Mode (VCR without cameraswitching pulse)MODE 9: Time Lapse Mode (VCR with camera switch-ing pulse)The factory default setting is “0”.Note: To select MODE 1 - 8, you must first complete thesettings described below.Recording Mode Setting DetailsYou can assign the camera switching timing to any one ofMODE1 to MODE8 when using the VCR without cameraswitching pulse.1. Move the cursor to the desired MODE number to beassigned by pressing the C or D button.2.
