60Chapter 8: Other InformationProblem• Check whether the set is turned on.• Power cord inserted into wall outlet?• Test if there is power coming from the wall outlet by plug-ging in another product into the wall outlet where theset’s power cord was plugged in.• Ensure remote is enabled in Commercial Interface menu.• Ensure TV1/TV2 settings of TV match the remote.• This is normal as the image is muted during the start upprocess of the set.
