Page 4Redcord AXIS featuresRedcord AXISThe Redcord AXIS is the main device and includesa 5 meter rope to attach slings and straps. Theapparatus can either be mounted directly to awooden or concrete ceiling, or attached to a RedcordTrainer or Redcord Mini. See page 5.Redcord Straps (Pair)The Redcord Straps is the standardRedcord handle equipment thatenables exercises for both upperand lower body. The straps caneasily be changed with otherRedcord handles or slings.Ceiling brackets x 2The ceiling bracketsare used to mountthe Redcord AXISapparatus towooden or concreteceilings. Please read theinstallation instructionsbefore mounting thebrackets to the ceiling.Redcord Cord LockThe Redcord Cord Lock is aversatile adjustment tool. Youcan easily adjust the height ofthe straps with one hand. Simplypress the button on top, andmove the Redcord Cord Lock tothe desired height.Carabiners x 3The carabiners are used for attachingthe Redcord AXIS to the two ceilingbrackets. The third carabiner is usedto attach the straps/slings to theRedcord Cord Lock.Torx screws/Bolt wedge anchor x 4Use the torx screws for mounting inwooden ceilings and the bolt wedgeanchors for mounting in concreteceilings.
