Put one hand in each strap and lift your legs off the groundso that your entire body is hanging from the apparatus.3. Bounce your body to put additional load on the mounting.You have now performed the safety test and the Redcord AXISis ready to use. The ceiling brackets should be stable in all directions.Make sure that all 4 screws are tighten well for the two brackets. The frequency of this routinedepends on how much the suspension is used, but we highly recommend that you perform thesecurity check every week. Please document your security check.
