15TP5EN SL6+ v.3.04InstallationThe SL6+ can only recognise the PIN code if the code isset to “1234”, “0000”, “1111” or is deactivated. If the PINcode is set to “1234”, “0000” or if it is deactivated, the SIMcard can be moved from the SL6+ to any of SafeLine GSMproducts.TIP: Do not activate the voice mail or, if possible, ask yourprovider to deactivate the voice mail.If the PIN code is set to “1111” the SIM card code willbe randomly changed by the SafeLine GSM unit andmemorized. This way the SIM card can only work withthe SafeLine GSM unit unless you use the PUK code forsetting up a new PIN code.If you want to upload a new SIM card with PIN code “1111”you will fi rst need to upload a SIM card with PIN code“1234” or “0000” to clear the old code in memory.Setting the PIN code(Set to “1234”, “0000” or deactivate.)1. Insert the SIM card in an ordinary cellular phone. Inthe “Security settings” menu, change the PIN code to“1234”.
