However, the systemadministrator can also set alarms with messages for any or all display keyset stationsin the system. Up to two alarms can be set for each station and each alarm can be setas follows:NOTSET (Dial 0 to select—alarm is not set)TODAY (Dial 1 to select—alarm is set to ring today only)DAILY (Dial 2 to select—alarm is set to ring at the set time each day)The procedure for entering messages is the same as that for entering names de-scribed in Program Station Names, earlier in this section.Program KeysVOLUME UP & DOWN - Used to scroll through options.KEYPAD - Used to enter selections.SOFT KEYS - Move cursor left and right.SPEAKER - Used to store data and advance to next program.HOLD - Used to clear previous entry.ANS/RLS - Used to select ALL stations.ACTION DISPLAY1. Open customer programming and select 1162. Dial the station number (e.g., 25)ORPress UP or DOWN to select the station and press theright soft key to move the cursor ORORPress ANS/RLS to select all stations3.
