Page 103.11 PROGRAM PERSONAL SPEED DIAL NAMES FOR OTHER STATIONSEach individual station user can program his/her own names, but in cases where this is notpractical, this program allows the System Administrator to view or change any station's speed dialnames. The station speed dial codes are 00 - 19. Each station begins with 20 numbers (00 - 19) and canbe assigned more in blocks of 10 up to a maximum of 50 numbers.PROGRAM KEYSUP & DOWN - Used to scroll through options.KEYPAD - Used to enter selections.SOFT KEYS - Move cursor left and right.SPEAKER - Used to store data and advance to next program.HOLD - Used to clear previous entry.ANS/RLS - Used to select ALL.ACTION DISPLAY1. Press TRSF 106Display shows[201] SPEED NAME00 :2. Dial the station number(eg. 205) ORpress UP or DOWN keys to select the[205] SPEED NAME00 :station and press the RIGHT soft key tothe cursor3. If the selected station has no speed dialbins, this display will be shown and a new[205] SPEED NAMESPDBLK NOT EXISTstation may be selected4. Dial the speed dial bin location(eg. 05)OR use the UP or DOWN keys to scroll[205] SPEED NAME05 :_through the bin locations and use theRIGHT soft key to move the cursor ORpress the LEFT soft key to return to step25. Enter the name using the procedure in3.5 Program Station Names and press the[205] SPEED NAME05 : SAM SMITHRIGHT soft key to return to step 2 ORpress the LEFT soft key to return to step36.
