The mailbox number and password are entered andchecked in sequence.y When a calling party directly connects a call to the mailbox using the key number of themailbox on the station phone, the system uses the auto login function to require only thepassword, without the mailbox number, since the UMS server knows the caller’s phonenumber. The user can enter their mailbox number and connect a call to the mailbox using ahot key (speed key) on the telephone.Voice Message Record/Replay/Store/Delete/Re-Send/Replyy A caller can make a call to a mailbox and leave a voice message. The caller can send themessage at a specific time (Send reservation) or listen to their recorded message and re-cord again.y A subscriber can log in to their own mailbox and listen to voice messages, including themessage recording time, calling number and caller ID. The subscriber can delete themessage, forward it to another party or group, or reply to the message.y The subscriber can delete all messages currently stored in the mailbox.
