5352Differential RingThis feature enables you to set a unique ring type for up to 5different callers.When set, if you receive a call from a num-ber identified in Differential Ring, the tone or melody associ-ated with that phone number rings.To set the ring type for voice calls:1. Press to display the Main Menu.2. Press for Sounds.3. Press for Differential Ring.4. Press the corresponding digit key (1~5) to select thedesired storage location.5. Enter the phone number of the desired party by pressingthe digit keys.6. To store the number, press .7. Press the navigate keys to audition the list of ring tonesand melody tones. Each tone sounds as you scroll theoptions.8. When the desired tone or melody sounds, press tosave the setting.OKOKOKOK6MNO6MNOMENUwon’t hear the ringer - this is so you can avoid disturbingpeople when you are in a quiet area.The illustration showsall eight bars (the loudest setting). No bars indicates theringer is turned off.2. When the desired ring volume setting displays, stop push-ing and the phone returns to Standby mode automatically.u In the Main Menu:1. Press either the scroll or volume keysuntil the desired volume level is reached.You’ll see the graphical indication(shown here) as you change the volumelevel, and the ringer auditions each volume level for you.6.
