11.14 < Troubleshooting>The paper keepsjamming.• There is too much paper in the tray. Removeexcess paper from the tray. If you are printingon special materials, use the multi-purposetray.• An incorrect type of paper is being used. Useonly paper that meets the specificationsrequired by the machine. (Page 4.3)• There may be debris inside the machine.Open the front cover and remove the debris.• If an original does not feed into the machine,the DADF rubber pad may need to bereplaced.
