7.5TroubleshootingLCD Error MessagesDisplay Meaning SolutionDOCUMENT JAMDOOR OPENLINE ERRORLOAD DOCUMENTLSU ERRORThe loaded document has jammedin the feeder.Clear the document jam.The front cover is not securelylatched.Press down on the cover untilit clicks in place.Your unit cannot connect with theremote machine, or has lostcontact because of a problem onthe phone line.Try again. If failure persists,wait an hour or so for the lineto clear, then try again.Or, turn the ECM mode on. See‘Setting User-Selectable SystemOptions’ on page 3.2.You have attempted to set up asending operation with nodocument loaded.Load a document and try again.A problem has occurred in theLSU (Laser Scanning Unit).Unplug the power cord and plugit back in.
