Menu functions Settings (Menu 8)93Call barring (Menu 8.6.2)This network service allows you to restrict yourcalls.1. Select a call barring option:• All outgoing calls: prohibit all outgoingcalls.• International: prohibit internationalcalls.• International except home: only allowcalls to numbers within the currentcountry when you are abroad, and to yourhome service area.• All incoming calls: prohibit incomingcalls.• Incoming while abroad: prohibitincoming calls when you use your phoneoutside of your home service area.• Cancel all: cancel all call barringsettings, allowing calls to be sent andreceived normally.• Change barring password: change thecall barring password obtained from yourservice provider.2. Select the type of calls to be barred.3. Select Activate. To deactivate call barring,select Deactivate.4. Enter the call barring password supplied byyour service provider and press <Select>.Call waiting (Menu 8.6.3)This network service informs you whensomeone is trying to reach you while you are onanother call.1.
