Menu functions94Network selection (Menu 8.6.4)This network service allows you to manuallyselect the network to be used while roamingoutside of your home area, or to let the networkbe chosen automatically.You can select a network other than your homenetwork only if there is a valid roamingagreement between the two.Caller ID (Menu 8.6.5)This network service allows you to hide yourphone number from the person you are calling.If you select Default, the phone will use thedefault setting provided by the network.Voice mail server (Menu 8.6.6)Use this menu to store the number of thevoicemail server and access your voicemails.• Connect to voice server: connect to thevoicemail server to listen to your messages.• Voice server number: enter the voicemailserver number.Closed user group (Menu 8.6.7)Use this menu to set incoming and outgoingcalls to be restricted to a selected user group.For details about how to create a closed usergroup (CUG), contact your service provider.• Index list: add, delete, or activate CUGindex numbers.Some networks may not allow you to changethis setting.You must store the voicemail server numberbefore accessing the server.
