3Intellectual PropertyAll Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by orwhich is otherwise the property of Samsung or itsrespective suppliers relating to the SAMSUNG Phone,including but not limited to, accessories, parts, or softwarerelating thereto (the “Phone System”), is proprietary toSamsung and protected under federal laws, state laws, andinternational treaty provisions. Intellectual Propertyincludes, but is not limited to, inventions (patentable orunpatentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, software,computer programs, and related documentation and otherworks of authorship. You may not infringe or otherwiseviolate the rights secured by the Intellectual Property.Moreover, you agree that you will not (and will not attemptto) modify, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer,decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to createsource code from the software. No title to or ownership inthe Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicablerights of the Intellectual Property shall remain withSAMSUNG and its suppliers.
