21 Apps ListApplicationsThe Apps list shows allpreloaded apps and apps thatyou downloaded. You canuninstall, disable, or hide appsfrom view.Shortcuts to apps can be placed on any ofthe Home screens. For more information, seeAdd a Shortcut to a Home Screen.Access Applications1. From a Home screen, tap Apps.2. Tap an application’s icon to launch it.3. To return to the main Home screen, press theHome key.Download and Install New AppsFind new apps to download and install on yourdevice.• Google Play store: Downloadnew apps from the Google Play store.Visit play.google.com/store/apps to learn more.• Galaxy Apps: View and downloadSamsung apps that are optimizedfor use with Galaxy devices. Visitsamsung.com/levant/apps/mobile/galaxyapps tolearn more.Uninstall or Disable AppsYou can uninstall or disable apps you download andinstall.• Preloaded apps cannot be uninstalled.• Apps that are disabled are turned off and hiddenfrom view.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps.2. Tap EDIT. Apps that can be uninstalled ordisabled show Uninstall/Disable ontheir icon.3. Tap Uninstall/Disable and follow the promptsto either uninstall or disable the app.4. When you are finished, tap DONE.View Disabled AppsYou can place disabled apps back on the Apps list,where they become active once again.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Settings > Applications > Applicationmanager.2. Swipe to the DISABLED screen. (This screenonly displays if you have disabled apps.)3.
