6Video InputThis projector has the picture screen resize function, which enables you to customize the image size.Screen Size AdjustmentScreen Menu12Adjust the screen scale and position manually with thisfunction.Press the Point 8 button at Custom adj and the Customadjustment menu is displayed on the screen, you can usethe Point ed buttons to choose the item you want to adjust.Scale H/V ........ Adjust the Horizontal/Vertical screen scale.H&V ................. When set to On, the aspect ratio is fixed.Scale V appears dimmed and becomesunavailable. Adjust Scale H, then the screenscale is automatically modified based on theaspect ratio.Position H/V ... Adjust the Horizontal/Vertical screenposition.Common ......... Save the adjusted scale or position to allthe inputs. Press the SELECT button atCommon to display a confirmation box.To save the scale or position, press theSELECT button at "Yes", When Custom isselected, the saved scale or position is used.Reset ............... Reset the all adjusted values. Pressthe SELECT button at Reset to displaya confirmation box. To reset, press theSELECT button at "Yes".4Note:• When no signal is detected, Normalis set automatically and the Aspectadjustment menu disappears.• The adjustable range for Scale H/V andPosition H/V is limited depending on theinput signal.• Natural wide and Wide(16:9) can not beoperated when 720p or 1080i is selectedin the AV System Menu (p.43).• Natural wide and Wide(16:9) arenot available when the 4:3 or 16:9 isselected in the Screen aspect (p.47).Provide the image at the 16:9 wide screen ratio.Press the MENU button to display the On-ScreenMenu. Use the Point ed buttons to select Screen andthen press the Point 8 or the SELECT button.Use the Point ed buttons select the desired item andthen press the SELECT button.Provide the image to fit the screen size while maintainingthe aspect ratio of input signal.Provide the full screen image.Pan the horizontal direction of the image and cut the verticaldirection of the image to fit the screen size (16:9).
