The channels in thevoting group all carry the same traffic, but fromdifferent repeaters. As your radio moves in and out ofdifferent repeater coverage areas, the bestcommunication channel is automatically selected foryou to use.This channel is known as the ‘home’ channel, and willbe the channel you make and receive calls on. A group canbe either a voting or a scanning group.
