If you are stillunable to resolve the problem, please contact the shopwhere you purchased the unit or a TEAC repair center.The power does not turn ON.ªIs the power plug completely plugged into the outlet?•The unit does not respond to the remoteªcontrol.Are charged batteries in the remote control?•There is no sound.ªConfirm the connections with the monitoring system.•Confirm the amp volume and settings.•The sound from tape playback is never output from the• CD OUTPUT jacks. Moreover, the signals output fromthe COMMON OUTPUT jacks depend on the menuCOMMON OUT item setting.There is unwanted noise.ªAre the connecting cables all properly connected and• functioning?The playback sound is mono.ªIs the MONO OUT item in the menu set to “ON”?•Cannot record to the cassette tape.ªHas the write-protection tab been removed from the cas-• sette to prevent the unintentional erasure of recordings?Is the cassette recorder stopped or in record ready• mode?Recheck the input connections.•Is the• INPUT knob turned up?Is the TAPE INPUT SOURCE item in the menu set to• the correct input source?The playback sound of the cassette tape isªstrange.Is the head or pinch roller dirty?
