Put in new batteries.Battery lifeFully charged new nickel hydride batteries: about 6.5 hoursAlkaline batteries: about 5 hoursNOTESince this product has special functions, including CDplayback tempo alteration and mic effects, battery life isshorter compared to other portable CD players.Battery life varies according to use conditions, includingtemperature, humidity and the ON/OFF status of thevarious special functions.When the remaining power level of the batteries you areusing is low, the player may not function properly eventhough the battery icon shows that the remaining powerlevel is high. In this case, change the batteries or use anAC adapter.Operation with an AC adapterUse the TASCAM PS-P520 (sold separately) AC adapter. Donot use any other adapter because this may cause the player tomalfunction.Connect the DC plug from the AC adapter to the DC IN 5Vjack on this device and connect the AC plug to a standardoutlet.••
