The host can then be contacted by other hosts on theInternet, even if its IP address changes.The DDNS service for the DDW365 is provided through a third-party and can bepurchased from Dynamic Network Services Inc. at www.dynDNS.com.StepsTo use the DDNS option:1. Click Basic from the main menu.2. Click DDNS from the left side menu. Field descriptions are listed below the screenexample.DHCP Clients Lists all DHCP clients currently connected to the device, eithervia an Ethernet connection, or via a wireless connection. Eachclient is listed with the following information: MAC Address / IP Address / Subnet Mask Duration: Duration displays the accumulated time sincethe client acquired the IP address. Expires: Expires is the time until the IP expires and mustbe recycled. If the IP address is reserved to a certainhost, it shows STATIC IP ADDRESS. Select: Reserves the current private IP address to beassigned to this host statically when selected.Current System Time Displays the current system time.Force Available Activates a selected rule in the DHCP Clients list and assignsIP addresses.
