Then every applicationvalues will update correct to monitor window.When you contact the support, send the *.trn, *.par and Service info (*.txt) files with a description ofthe situation. If the situation is caused by a fault, take also the Datalogger data from the drive.Note that Datalogger settings can be changed to catch correct situation and it is also possible tomake manual force trig for Datalogger.Before storing the parameter file, upload the parameters from the drive and save when NCDrive is inthe ON-LINE state.
