Before commencingwork on the heat pump, disconnect thepower supply (circuit breaker) and se-cure it against being switched on againinadvertently.The heat pump is engineered in such a way that only afew maintenance works need to be carried out:– Manually actuate the safety assemblies in the brineand heating circuits at regular intervals.– Check the dirt filter in the brine circuit regularly.– Check the pressures in the brine and heating circuitsregularly.– Anual check of pressure/temperature relief valveandexpansion relief valve.• Manually operate each valve by twisting the operatingcap, and check if water flows unostructed via thetundish to the discharge point.• Ensure that both valves reseat stisfstorily.– Anual check of pressure expansion vessel.• Turn off mains water supply and open nearest hotwater tap to depressurise the secondary water sys-tem.• Check the expansion vessel charge with a pressuregauge at the test point. If the pressure is below3.0 bar, top up with a suitable air pressure pump.9.3 Test operation and restarting• Fit all the heat pump cladding sections as described inChap. 4.• Start up the heat pump.• Check the heat pump for correct functioning.d Danger!Risk of injury!The heat pump may only be put into op-eration again after all the cladding sec-tions have been fitted.10 Troubleshooting and diagnosisd Danger!Troubleshooting and diagnostics meas-ures may only be carried out by a recog-nised expert technician company.e Danger!Risk of fatal electric shock from touch-ing live connections!
