The system’sintegrated self-diagnostics allows faults tobe quickly remedied.General informationThe spare tyre or temporary spare wheel isnot equipped with a pressure sensor. If thespare tyre or temporary spare wheel isused the tyre pressure monitoring systemwill not work for this wheel, and the controlindicator w will illuminate yellow. Thesystem remains operational for the otherthree wheels.If a complete set of wheels that do not havetyre pressure monitoring system sensors isused, (e.g. four winter tyres or retrofittingof a different size tyre) no warningmessage is displayed. The system is notoperational.Sensors for the tyre pressure monitoringsystem can be retrofitted. We recommendthat you consult your Vauxhall AuthorisedRepairer.When manually checking tyre pressure witha pressure gauge, screw the adapter ontothe valve. Tyre pressure – see page 215.The tyre pressure monitoring system valvecores and sealing rings must be replacedeach time the tyres are changed.
