Any partial page isejected from the printer and the print job is clearedfrom memory.Use Auto Job End On when the printer servesmultiple users on a network. This assures that oneuser’s print job will finish and all pages will exit theprinter whether or not another user sends a print job.No partial pages will be left unprinted.When Off, the print job does not end after thetimeout interval. Instead, the printer waits to continueuntil another print job is received on any port. Apartial page will remain unprinted until the next printjob is received. See Form Feed (page 3-5) forinformation on ejecting partial pages.Auto Job End should be On if the printeris on a network.If you are not sharing the printer with other users andif you find that one page is split and printed onmultiple pages, set Auto Job End Off or increase thePort Timeout interval. It could be the Port Timeoutis exceeded before the rest of the page can be sent.Also see “Printer Settings that Affect Memory”(page 3-69) for other ways to correct the problem ofone page printing on multiple pages.Frame TypeNote: This option isavailable for firmwarereleases < 4.06 only.
