FinishingThe following section contains information about how to usesubset finishing and mixed stacking on a printing job.The finishing information below does not apply to ContinuousFeed (CF) systems. For CF systems, the finishing configurationis defined at the CF (STAMPA) Controller. CF imposition files areused to impose documents for printing in conjunction withspecific CF finishing configurations.Subset FinishingSubset finishing is the capability to use different types of finishing(or no finishing) within the same job. The ability to finish subsetsindependently is a critical feature for many variable dataapplicationsThis product allows more than one type of finishing within asingle PostScript job. The supported finishing options and theoutput locations that can be used vary depending upon theprinter type.
