0F1 Control Panel RAPNOTE: Refer to BSD 2.1 while using thisRAP, unless otherwise directedThis RAP is used when the Control Paneldoes not operate, or when the Control Paneloperates incorrectly.Initial Actions• Make sure that ac power is applied to themachine.• Ensure that the 26-conductor ribbon cable,connected between the Main PWBA3J301 and the User Interface PWBA32J1 (located in the Control Panel), isseated fully at each connector.ProcedureRefer to Table 1.Table 1. If the problem persists,replace the Main PWB, A3, PL1.1.a) Refer to BSD 1.2 to troubleshootthe +15 VDC power to the MainPWB, A3.b) Refer to BSD 1.2 to troubleshootthe +5 VDC (Bulk) power to theMain PWB, A3.a) Check for continuity in all wires inthe ribbon cable.b) Replace the Control Panel, PL1.4.
