In addition, theprinter may stop and issue an incorrect paper size message.Generating a test pageYou can print the sample test page on paper stock other thanUSLetter (8.5 by 11inches) or A4. While the PostScript testimage does not cover the entire page when using non-USLetteror A4 sizes, you can still use the test page as a guide in makingthe necessary alignment adjustments. Fold the test pagehorizontally and vertically to check whether the folds intersect atthe center of the page.To change the alignment values:1. Click the Queue Management icon.2. Right click on the queue to which the job was sent, and select[Properties...] from the pop-up menu.3. In the Properties window, select the [Alignment] tab.4. Change the alignment values as needed.5. Apply your changes by one of these methods:• Click [Apply] for the changes to go into effect on the nextjob.• Click [Apply Properties Now] to apply the changes to thecurrent job. The system displays a message stating thatthe properties were changed and that it will take a littlewhile to make the changes. The printer slows down orstops, then resumes printing. You can pause the printer atthis point to check that your changes took affect.
