Theory of Operation 2-41Tray 2 Paper Pick Assembly■ Temperature/Humidity SensorDetects temperature and humidity inside the printer to adjust the charge voltage(the voltage supplied to the transfer roller and the developing bias).■ No Paper SensorDetects presence or absence of print media in the tray based on the position of theActuator.■ Feed RollersWhen the Feed Solenoid energizes, the Spring Feed force engages the Gear Feedand the Gear Idler Feed to turn and feed the paper from the paper tray. Thisactivates the Paper Pick Assembly. After completion of one turn, determined by acutout in the Gear Feed, the Gear Feed and the Gear Idler Feed are disengagedstopping the paper Retard Feed Roller.
