An installationprogram for the PPDs is provided on the supplied software CD-ROM.Printer SettingsYou can use the printer properties window, which allows you to accessall of the printer options you need when using your printer. When theprinter properties are displayed, you can review and change the settingsneeded for your print job.Your printer properties window may differ, depending on your operatingsystem. This Software User’s Guide shows the Properties window forWindows XP.Your printer driver Properties window that appears in this User’s Guidemay differ depending on the printer in use.NOTES:• Most Windows applications will override settings you specify in theprinter driver. Change all print settings available in the softwareapplication first, and change any remaining settings using the printerdriver.• The settings you change remain in effect only while you are using thecurrent program.
