4-62REAR SHOCK ABSORBER ASSEMBLY3. Install:• Rear shock absorber assembly “1”(into the frame support bracket)• Flange bolt “4”• Bar cross “5”NOTE:Tighten the flange bolt into the bar cross untiljust touching. Do not fully tighten the bolt.4. Install:• Special washer “6”(into the bolt “7”)NOTE:Take care of placing the special washer in thecorrect side and tighten the bolt into the barcross until just touching.5. Tighten:• Flange nut “3”Rear shock absorber assemblynut (rear side)50 Nm (5.0 m·kg, 36 ft·lb)• Flange bolt “4”Rear shock absorber assemblybolt (front side)155 Nm (15.5 m·kg, 112 ft·lb)6. Rotate:• Special washer “6”(clockwise until clearance with the abutmentis completely recovered)7. Tighten:• Bolt “7”(keep the special washer in its position withone finger)Bar cross rear bolt155 Nm (15.5 m·kg, 112 ft·lb)
