31System ToolboxDate Range User Access Schedule1. Select DATE RANGE forthe schedule type.2. Press the calendar button toview the Date Range UserAccess Schedule Screen.3. Press the fi rst day button to setthe month, day, and year that thisUser Code will fi rst be valid.4. Press the last day button to setthe month, day, and year that thisUser Code will last be valid.5. Press the left and right time buttonsto set the starting and endingtimes that this User Code will bevalid during the date range.6. Press OK to accept the schedule,or CANCEL to return to theSchedule Type Screen.Deleting User Access Schedules1. On the User Management Screen,select a User Code that displaysthe calendar schedule icon.2. Press the EDIT SCHEDULES button.3. On the User Access Schedules Screen,select the schedule to delete.4. On the Schedule Type Screenpress the DELETE button.5. A confi rmation screen will bedisplayed to verify you really wantto delete the User Access Schedule.If OK, press DELETE SCHEDULEor press CANCEL to return to theUser Access Schedule Screen.6. A second screen confirms that theschedule was deleted.
