The server being added must be the same as theoriginal (primary) server. For example, you cannot add a VCX Connect200 server as a secondary server to a VCX Connect 100 primary server.ConfigurationOverviewAll VCX Connect servers arrive from the factory configured with default IPaddresses. To adapt the servers to your environment, you must:■ Reconfigure the network attributes of the servers■ Modify some of the default configuration parameters of the servers■ Install license key files to support more than the 25 telephone usersand 25 voice mailboxes provided by the factory default license.GatheringConfigurationInformationMany parameters are preconfigured on VCX Connect servers in ordermake installation and configuration easier.
