Check the following:• Be sure it’s the correct cartridge for that pocket.• Check the label to be sure it’s oriented correctly.• Snap it fully into place in the pocket.If that doesn’t solve the problem, try a new binder cartridge.If a new binder cartridge doesn’t solve the problem, contact your Service Provider.
