Vizi Beam RXONE CleaningFixture Cleaning: Due to fog residue, smoke, and dust, cleaning the internal and external opticallenses and mirror should be carried out periodically to optimize light output. Cleaning frequency de-pends on the environment in which the fixture operates (I.e. smoke, fog residue, dust, dew). In heavyclub use, cleaning on a monthly basis is recommended. Periodic cleaning will ensure longevity andcrisp output.• Use normal glass cleaner and a soft cloth to wipe down the outside casing.• Use a brush to wipe down the cooling vents and fan grill.• Clean the external optics and mirror with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 20 days.• Clean the internal optics with glass cleaner and a soft cloth every 30-60 days.• Always be sure to dry all parts completely before plugging the unit back in.Vizi Beam RXONE Trouble ShootingTrouble Shooting: Listed below are a few common problems that you may encounter, with solu-tions.Unit not responding to DMX:Check that the DMX cables are connected properly and are wired correctly (pin 3 is “hot”; on someother DMX devices pin 2 may be ‘hot’). Also, check that all cables are connected to the right con-nectors; it does matter which way the inputs and outputs are connected.No light output from the unit:• Make sure the lamp is “On”.• Be sure the external fuse has not blown. The fuse is located at the rear panel of the unit.• Remove the “Lamp Access” shell and be sure the two wires are connected to the lamp• Be sure the fuse holder is completely and properly seated.Unit does not respond to sound:• Quiet or high pitched sounds will not activate the unit.• Make sure that Sound Active mode is activated.ADJ Products, LLC - www.adj.com - Vizi Beam RXONE User Manual Page 37
