21 V6.70 201310173.6 Unit Alarm ConnectionsThe single form C relay is utilized to provide a dry contact closure for alarmconditions. While the unit is energized, the alarm relay is energized. This allowsthe unit to provide an alarm should the device lose DC power or becomes de-energized.The TTC-1000 monitors five conditions: Processor (DEVICE), Temperature(TPROBE), Winding (WNDG), Communications Processor (CPROC) and ManualMode (MANUAL). The TTC-1000 allows the user to enable or disable any or allof the alarm conditions, except the Communications Processor alarm, throughprogramming. The user can also program how each output reacts when analarm occurs.Figure 3.14 a&b illustrates the connections.The user can program each output in how it reacts when either a Processor orTemperature alarm occurs.
