This is the most efficient way to add new users, as well as update usernamesand camera profiles for existing body worn users with a user ID.To import body worn users:2. Click to add a new user.3. Enter user information:3.1. Name of the user.3.2. User's unique ID within the organization. This ID can displayed in the overlay.3.3. Optionally, enter the AXIS Case Insight username.NoteThis option is presented only if you’re using AXIS Case Insight.When you enter a user’s email address as username, a corresponding guest useris created in AXIS Case Insight. This guest user has no access to any recordedevidence in the system. Access rights for the user are managed in AXIS CaseInsight.You can’t enter or change the username for an existing user. To do this, you mustremove the user and add it again.3.4. Choose a Camera profile4. Click Add user.Import body worn users1. Go to Users.2. Open the context menu and click Import users.3. Download the CSV template, which shows you the correct format for the users and userIDs.4. Enter the users and user IDs in the CSV file.5.
