Go to Support > System restore key.2. Click Download System restore key.3. Enter the Super admin passphrase that you created in the system setup.4. Click Download and store the System restore key in a secure location.The System restore key is passphrase protected.Always store the System restore key and the Super admin passphrase in a secureway.Unlock cameras1.
