The input buffers provide low passfiltering of the applied voltage. To minimize the effects of noise, the analog input signal shouldbe connected to the system using individual shielded / screened cable (a twisted pair cable inthe case of differential operation) with an overall shield. The overall shield should then beconnected to the chassis at one end only. No other connection should be made to the shield.If the input is unused, then it is advisable to connect it to the AGND pin.
